But more importantly to the great collectable cutlery we sell, is our outstanding customer service. Each order taken is carefully packaged and shipped right out of our store in Kentucky. Our orders ship during our normal business hours of Tuesday through Friday 10am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm. We are closed on Sundays and Monday, but orders received on those days typically ship our next open business day.
