Up for sale is an incredible piece of classic American automotive history: a vintage Pierce-Arrow "Archer" mascot desk display. This iconic design first debuted in 1929 as the premier radiator ornament for the prestigious Pierce-Arrow Motor Car Company and remained their legendary symbol until production ceased in 1938.
This piece features a heavy, substantial cast metal crouching archer figure mounted securely to a classic solid oak wood base. It comes complete with an attached antiqued metal info plaque that details the history of this legendary mascot.
Condition & Dimensions:
Condition: Sold AS-IS, NO RETURNS. The bow and arrow portion originally held by the crouching figure has broken off over time. Despite the missing weapon, the muscular, aerodynamic form of the classic mascot remains a striking piece of automobilia. There is an authentic aged patina across the metal surface.
Base Dimensions: Measures approximately 7.5 inches long by 5 inches wide.
Weight: Heavy —feels exactly like a high-end, solid vintage trophy.
This is an excellent opportunity to own a legendary piece of pre-war luxury car history for a small fraction of what a complete, mint-condition radiator ornament commands. Perfect for a desk, garage mantel, or petroliana display.
Please review all high-resolution photos for exact condition details before offerding. Selling as found, as pictured.
