Cover by George Frese. "Date Bait," art by George Frese; Jughead comes up with a plan to make Betty seem very popular. Archie Annual #3 ad. "Oui, Oui, Fifi!," art by George Frese; The new girl from France, Fifi, has the attention of all the boys in the school except for Archie. "Pardon My Punch," art by George Frese; Betty and Veronica decide that Jughead should be on a sports team; The only one with an opening is the boxing team. "Too Scent-sitive," art by George Frese; Archie breaks a date with Betty to finish his homework; Betty is upset and decides to drown her sorrows with a big radish, scallion, and onion sandwich. Ginger Comics ad. "Cat and Moose"; Betty tries to get Moose to ask Veronica to the dance so that Archie will be too scared to ask Veronica; Moose ends up deciding to take Betty instead, which wasn't part of the plan. 36 pgs., full color. $0.10.
