This drill is complete. The chuck and all 5 settings are functional. Also there is a lever on the crank handle that frees the gear. It is working. There is some rust but nothing terrible, that can not be cleaned, if wanted.This drill has Yankee No. 1555, North Bros MFG Co, PHILA PA USA. There are 4 pat dates with the month and 07, 08, 09, and 10. That's 1907 - 1910. Also all 5 setting are readable. I believe I can say this drill is in great used condition.
