This vintage trench lighter is a unique addition to any collection. It was made in the United States during World War I and is a rare piece of history. The brass color and intricate design make it a beautiful item to display or use.
There is no brand marked on this lighter which is a shame given it quality and durability which has allowed it to still exist today in its excellent condition and potentially working condition. It has a very unique design. It would make a great gift for any collector or history enthusiast.
I have not tested this for function. However, I believe someone who is familiar with these lighters can get this working very quickly. The cap to put out the flame works fine and the striker works great. I believe all it needs is some lighter fluid etc. It is in great condition considering its age.
