A handsome piece of American kitchen iron, this Griswold No. 11 French roll pan features twelve elongated baking cups, integral end handles, and clearly defined maker’s markings across the underside.
The rounded rectangular cavities give small rolls an appealing shape, with plenty of crust surrounding a soft center. Imagine a dozen warm dinner rolls turned out onto a breadboard, ready for butter—or use the individual compartments for cornbread portions and small cakes.
