Antique Vintage Fenning’s Fever Curer Embossed Chemist Medicine Glass Bottle
Here I have a beautiful old embossed Fennings Fever Curer glass bottle from roughly the 1890s - 1920s, it features the embossings “FENNINGS FEVER CURER”, it’s in excellent condition for its age with no cracks or chips, it looks very nice in the sun light but please see the pictures for yourself as that is the exact bottle you will receive.Fennings Fever Curer (later called Fennings Fever Mixture) was sold to prevent or treat severe ailments like scarlet fever, diphtheria, influenza, and even cholera. In reality, the clear, notoriously vile-tasting liquid mostly consisted of concentrated vinegar, nitric acid, and water.
Dug up from a Sheffield bottle dump and carefully cleaned by myself.Dimensions:
16cm x 6cm x 3.5cm
