Antique Victorian Tin Hat Box with Faux-Grained Painted Surface For Sale

This Antique Tin Hat Box is about 14 ¼” by 11 ½” and 10 ¼” high. It was painted to resemble a tree trunk with a grain pattern on the top and plane matching color on the sides. Note: the sides appear tapered in some photos. That is distortion and they are perpendicular. It is in used condition with scuffs, stains, dents, and lite oxidation on the surface. The hinge has some play and needs to be lined up to close the tin. It is sturdy for limited use and display. I guarantee it to be old and as described. Please look at the photographs as they are considered part of the description. Calculated shipping fee is for the United States using ’s calculator.
