Antique Victorian Green Tole Tea Canister Pair Armorial Aberdeen Bon Accord 18in For Sale

Pair of large Victorian green toleware tea canisters. This type used to be used for grocer's shop display, each with a domed shoulder and seated domed lid. Both are hand painted with full heraldic achievements.

• One bears the Campbell arms: gyronny quartered with galleys, a boar's head crest, ducal coronet, and red lion supporters, with a gilt cartouche numbered 11 on the shoulder.
• The other bears the arms of the city of Aberdeen: three castles on a red shield, leopard supporters, and the motto BON ACCORD with ABERDEEN beneath.

The painting is period work with age crazing throughout; these are not a factory-matched pair but sit together as a set of the same form, size, and color.
Condition: Overall decent for age, I would consider these to be in "antique condition". Both show extensive flaking and paint loss to shoulders, lids, and lower bodies with surface rust to the rims and bases (pictured). Please review images extensively.
