Antique Victorian Blue Satin Glass Vase Raised Gilt Enamel Birds Japonesque 12in For Sale

Victorian glass vase from the 1880s or 1890s, made in England or central Europe, in the Japanese-inspired ("Japonesque") style that was popular at the time. The glass has a frosted, matte finish (satin glass) that fades from a deep teal at the top to white at the bottom, with a white inner layer, a raised white foot with thin gold lines, and a gold scroll band around the neck. No maker's mark on the bottom.
Condition: Overall good for age. Rubbing and small losses to the gilt scroll border at the neck and scattered light wear to the raised gilt branches and leaves (pictured).
