Here is one of the early ones… an antique Swiss music box movement from the turn of the 20th century.
It’s in terrific condition… just tap on the second photo and you’ll hear clear notes with no hesitation or extraneous sounds.
The movement has 36 notes and plays 2 tunes. Unfortunately, the names of these early tunes escapes me, but they’re excellent none the less.I am a member of the Musical Box Society International and have thoroughly gone over this piece and can assure you that you will have many years of musical enjoyment.
Measures 3” x 2-3/16”.
Comes complete with 3 mounting screws and its original wind-up key.
I wrap carefully.
