Antique Stereoview Sierra Nevada California Utah Scenery C W Woodward 561 For Sale

Antique stereoview, “561, View from the top of 596,” published by C.W. Woodward, Rochester, N.Y., “California & Utah Scenery” series — a documented 19th-century stereoview catalog independently confirmed in the New York Public Library’s Robert Dennis Collection. A granite dome and ridge landscape, likely Sierra Nevada high country in the Yosemite vicinity, though the printed caption cross-references another numbered card rather than naming the specific landmark. Orange mount with ornamental printed border credit. Reverse carries a period pencil inventory number and a small reddish ink mark, likely incidental staining rather than a tax stamp or seal.
