Antique Signed Jefferson Reverse Painted Glass Shade Lamp 1899 For Sale

Antique lamp with reverse painted shade produced and signed “Jefferson” dated 1899. The lamp measures 24” tall to the top of the finial. The mottled glass shade measures 18” diameter at the base. The lamp base is made of white metal with a bronze finish. The shade is decorated with stylized flowers and foliage in deep brown, rust, purples, and blues. The lamp is illuminated by two original pull chain sockets and has a cloth covered cord in excellent condition without any frays or wear. Some wear to the bronze finish appears on the very top of the finial and some on the neck of the lamp where the pull chains have brushed against it.
