Seth Thomas Whitby model from 1913. It has been fully and properly restored inside and out. The movement has been completely disassembled, all parts cleaned ultrasonically and by hand all of the wheel pivots have been polished. New bushings have been installed where needed the main springs have been removed from the barrels properly cleaned and greased the clock then reassembled and all adjustments made. the Clock keeps very good time and strikes pleasantly on the half hour and the hour on a cathedral gong.The beautiful mahogany cabinet has inlaid marquetry and is in very good original condition with few blemishes.The brass bezel has thick beveled glass and has been hand polished and is in excellent condition.
