Antique Rawleigh’s Extract of Orange 3-fluid-ounce glass bottle manufactured by The W.T. Rawleigh Company, Freeport, Illinois, U.S.A.
A particularly attractive surviving example retaining its original printed paper label and cork stopper. The front label features the portrait of W.T. Rawleigh, President & Founder, and advertises the extract for flavoring pies, cakes, candies, puddings, custards, ices and ice cream.
Bottle also features molded/embossed Rawleigh’s trademark decoration on the reverse.
Based on the bottle construction, cork closure and label style, this bottle is believed to date approximately to the 1920s–1930s.

Good antique condition. Original label is remarkably well preserved for its age but shows expected discoloration, staining, fading, spotting, edge wear and small areas of paper loss. Cork remains present and shows considerable age and deterioration. Glass has minor surface wear, residue/soil and period manufacturing irregularities.
