Up for sale is a spectacular, highly documented lot of three (3) original antique Real Photo Postcards (RPPCs) dating to the late 1910s or 1920s. This historic collection features exceptional family provenance directly tied to the prominent Keeling family archive of Paducah and Boaz, Kentucky. The lot highlights include:
* One (1) studio portrait of a handsome young couple, hand-identified on the reverse side in vintage fountain pen cursive ink as: \"Luke & Versie\". This explicitly captures Versie Keeling, one of the central figures of this historic Western Kentucky family tree.
* Two (2) matching antique studio portraits featuring formal portraits of young couples in fine Edwardian / Roaring Twenties attire, showcasing high-collar suits, bow ties, and beautiful period day dresses. All three postcards feature matching historic AZO logo stamp boxes with two triangles pointing up and two pointing down (▲▲▼▼), precisely dating the production of this real-photo paper stock to between 1918 and 1930. An absolute treasure trove find for family genealogy researchers of the Keeling or Wilkins surnames, or advanced collectors of Western Kentucky historic photography. One Postcard has some wear on the top corner of it.
