A Magnificent Ultra Rare Frankenthal Royal Factory Porcelain Parrot .
Frankenthal is at par with Meissen in quality and their pieces are very rare and highly collectible.
I have seen many parrots by German makers, but never by Frankenthal. The quality and craftsmanship is impeccable.
