This is a striking, authentic antique Navajo regionalrug dating to the Transitional / Early Regional Period (circa1910–1930). Blending classic attributes of the Ganado and Klagetohstyles, this piece features a highly graphic, elongated centraldiamond medallion with stepped/serrated edges. The field is composedof natural, beautifully variegated hand-spun carded wool in shades ofcreamy white, soft grey, and deep chocolate brown/black.
