You are buying a Large (26 hole) mini hole sugar mold. In Mexico, these are called \"pirinolas.\" The sugar molds were used in Mexico to form what they called (piloncillo), a dark hard cone shape almost like molasses, sugar (see last photo). This pirinola sugar mold measures approximately 38 inches in length. They are about 2 inches tall and about 5 inches wide.The holes are small about 2 inches and cone shape at the bottom.
