Condition Report (PLEASE READ):Because they were kept safely in a private collection for decades, both items are in beautiful antique condition with a dark, rich, authentic aged patina across the steel rods. There is no heavy rust. Flaw Note on Handle: As highlighted in the close-up photos, one of the irons has a natural vertical split in the wooden handle right beneath the hinge due to historical wood shrinkage. Because of this, its brass collar (ferrule) is loose and slides up the metal shaft.The second iron's handle setup is completely intact.Both pieces remain structurally complete and are being sold together as a 2-piece lot, strictly As-Is for historical display, vanity collections, or theater/cosplay props.Please review all photos carefully as they serve as the absolute visual guide for the condition of this lot.
