Antique Kewpie Rose O’Neill Marked Germany Child’s Porcelain Cup Creamer For Sale

Antique Kewpie cup or creamer marked Germany and Rose O’Neill. This item is in very good preowned condition with no chips, cracks, etc. There is a tiny spot of discoloration on one inside area and an apparent flaw in the original glaze—a tiny dark dot inside the base of the cup. I am NOT a Kewpie collector nor knowledgeable about the line, but research tells me this is a creamer from a child’s tea set? It appears to be a small cup to me! Either way, it is darling and screams days-long-ago vintage. The cute little Kewpies are shown among ferns in a multicolor design. It looks like one Kewpie is carrying a hammer on a belt around his tummy and the other one appears mad—jealous? Please see photos for measurements. What a fun item to add to any collection! Please examine all photos carefully for an accurate representation of this item.
