Follow the prompts, and a pre-paid return shipping label will be generated for you.

IF YOUR ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED YET: If your item is running late, you can check the tracking information which can be found in your purchase history. If the tracking doesn't provide you with an estimated delivery date or seems to be stuck in transit, let us know. We can submit a missing mail request to the carrier, which 99.9% of the time,  gets packages back on track. If it doesn't, or your item has been lost, we will either provide you with an expedited replacement item or issue you a full refund. 

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED: If, in the rare occurrence, you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, we will either promptly provide you with a replacement or issue you a full refund. Please do not throw away the item or the item's packaging. Contact us by opening a request from your purchase history screen and sending us a photo of the damage. We may ask you to hold on the item and it's packaging for a few days so the carrier can inspect it or we may ask you to return it to us, in which case we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
