This antique Indo-Persian style Dhal shield has a steel body with brass ornamentation that is a unique and handcrafted piece. The blue-green color is stunning, while the intricate hand engraving gives it a one-of-a-kind appearance.It has a leather back with original leather grip that is riveted in place with brass. It measures 18¾ inches in diameter and weighs just under 4 pounds (3 pounds, 13 ounces). It has age-related wear, dents, chips, blemishes and the leather on the back is deteriorating from age and very fragile. See photos for condition.
