Antique Indenture Conveyance Land Deed Mortgage Legal Document Dated 1730 1756 For Sale

This document does not lay totally flat due to the way it is joined and the wax seals. Measures approximately 30\" x 40\".This is difficult for me to decipher as a layman not versed in reading antique documents, so I am not totally clear on what all this document represents. If you need more pictures feel free to ask. The original language dates this to 1730 and I\'m guessing that later dates are updates or transfers. There is various wear and tear to this document from age, handling, and storage. Please look at the pictures closely as they will show the condition better than I can describe.
