Antique pressed flower souvenir album from the Holy Land, dating to the Ottoman period, c.1880–1910.Original leather-bound wooden boards containing real dried flowers arranged by hand and labelled in multiple languages: English, French, German, Russian (Cyrillic) and Hebrew. Locations include Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth, Hebron and Tiberias.Several pages show classic 19th-century devotional symbolism, including the Bethlehem page with chalice-form floral arrangement, typical of authentic pilgrimage souvenirs of this period.
Condition is consistent with age: foxing, toning, fragile flowers and some petal loss in places. No restoration or modern interference.
