Description:Beautiful early 20th-century Japanese export porcelain teacup and saucer set, featuring hand-painted floral decoration with gilt (gold) accents. Marked “Hand Painted Nippon” with the K-in-Circle backstamp, attributed to a smaller Japanese decorating studio such as Kokyo or Koshida, active during the Nippon export era.
This set was produced between 1910 and 1921, prior to U.S. import regulations requiring “Japan” instead of “Nippon,” making it a desirable early export example.
