It features a reticulated or pierced rim that he gave color to theinside of each pierced hole.
The center features acolorful flower bouquet with the main flower being a large pinkish red peony.
You can weave a ribbon through the pierced rim to hang this on the wall.
It is initialed on the back by Andree Moinard.
It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. It has stilt marks on the back from the kiln which is normal.
It measures 9.75 inches in diameter.
