Rare antique two-blade pocket knife with attractive gold-tone metal scales featuring detailed raised figural designs. One side shows intertwined monogram initials, the other a lady / patriotic scene with flag and eagle motif. A very eye-catching early gentleman’s pocketknife.
Tang stamp appears partially readable as N E ? Co (please review photos for your own interpretation). Exact maker unknown.
Measures approximately compact gentleman’s vest-pocket size, 2 7/8” closed.
