No need to spend hundreds of dollars to fix a broken movement or repair a cracked case! This can go into a specialist sale In Australia but is being offered for world wide collectors first. Genuine collectors will know that this is indeed a very rare and complete German Forrest set.. I have not seen another complete set as usually the plaques arn\'t found or the clock casing is damaged. Bronzed magnetic metal, not plastic, not resin for the benefit of those who can\'t tell otherwise & don\'t understand that plastics or resins wern\'t used in the 1870\'s !!!

The clock features a hunter with his dog & a fisherman in his boat. All encompassing a days activities with the plaques representing this on either side
Atop is a mounted stags head with crossed rifles.
The clock movement keeps good time & has its original key.
The bevelled glass has no chips or cracks.
The movement has J.F on it.

A jewellers initials & date are hand inscribed on the cover 27/6/82. also another date 1919.
Plaques app 44.5 cm long & 15.5 wide. Clock app 34 cm high, app 28 cm wide & app 15 cm deep. face 9.5 cm diam.
