Antique German Porcelain Rat Terrier Fairing Figure Group, Dog in Bed For Sale

From a local estate is this antique German porcelain Fairing figure group showing a rat terrier dog in a rather elegant bed and a motto on front “Who Said Rats?”. Presumably the dog has become awake and ready for action upon hearing someone say the word Rats. There is also a 3-legged table next to the bed with four slightly raised round items on top of the table. It is marked on the underside “Made in Germany” plus a bent arm with a dagger in a shield. I believe it dates from the 1890s or early 1900s. Measurement: 3 1/2” wide across the base, 2” deep across the base, 3 1/8” high. Condition: generally good with some light wear. Regarding the four slightly raised round items on top of the table, I notice that one of the items is slightly higher than the other three and it has a shiny glaze covering. The other three items do not have the same shiny glaze covering and are a little bit rough on top. So it was either made that way or perhaps the three items supported something that is now missing. I think it was made that way, but can not be sure. The glaze on the back and underside of the base has a slightly bubbled appearance.
