Antique German horse toy dating to the late 19th century, circa 1890–1900. Features a mohair/fur-covered body with leather saddle and bridle/tack, metal fittings, and a shaped painted wooden platform.Wonderful primitive appearance with lots of original character and age. The original wheels are missing from the wooden platform, and the reins are also missing. Shows age-related wear throughout, including losses/wear to the horse’s covering, leather saddle and tack, and finish on the wooden base. Please review all photos closely for condition and completeness.Attributed to Germany. Maker unknown/unmarked. Circa 1890–1900. Sold as found.
