This is a beautiful piece and and last of the lot.
I had two but prior one sold and is extremely rare.

As for the picture, I would guess a reproduction of the original, but also not sure.
This is rare, picture alone is cool, but signed by the ex president is something special.

Frame is 23.5 x 27. Picture itself is likely around 11 x 14-15. Hard to tell with it being framed and don’t want to ruin the quality.
The frame has a little damage. However, not bad and easily fixed or hidden. I was going to do it but would rather let buyer fix due to the importance of the picture and didn’t want to change anything.
