Gebruder Heubach was a famous German porcelain manufacturer located in Lichte, Thuringia, founded in the mid-nineteenth century by brothers Gebruder Heubach. They specialized in creating fine bisque porcelain figurines and decorative items that captured realistic childhood expressions and delicate details. The factory utilized specialized slip-casting techniques and hand-painting to achieve the soft, matte skin tones and fine facial features that distinguished their work from mass-produced competitors.
