Antique English Burl Perfume Casket Cologne Chest Scent Caddy For Sale

English burl veneer perfume scent casket in the form of a domed top chest with brass mounts. It has three compartments that hold two cut glass scent bottles with stoppers and a lidded facet cut jar. The casket has a small plaque for retailer Martin & Co. of Cheltenham, England. The lidded jar has an English sterling silver lid with London hallmarks including the date letter for 1860.

ApproximateSize- The casket itself measures approximately 4 + 3/4 inches high by 8 + 3/8 inches long by 3 + 1/2 inches front to back. The scent bottles measure approximately 3 + 3/4 inches tall by 2 + 1/4 inches across the bottom. The lidded jar measures approximately 3 + 3/8 inches tall by 2 + 1/8 inches across the bottom.

Condition- Age appropriate wear, one scent bottle is cracked and has a piece missing from the collar, the lids on the scent bottles are different from the one on the lidded jar, the stoppers in both scent bottles are frozen, no key, see photos for complete assessment.
