THEY WERE LOCATED IN PITTSBURGH AND JEANNETTE, PENNSYLVANIA. IN THOSE YEARS THEY SPECIALIZED IN EAPG THAT WAS MULTIPLE COLORS OF MILK GLASS TABLE AND NOVELTY ITEMS.THE DECANTER/VASE IS MADE OF WHITE MILK/OPALINE GLASS WITH DELICATE HAND PAINTED FLORAL MOTIF WITH AN RARE BLUE COLOR AROUND LOWER PART. GOLD ACCENT PAINT AS WELLThis beautiful piece is perfect for collectors of antique vanity accessories or those looking to add a vintage touch to their living space. It's in very good condition considering its age. There is one chip in the final (it looks like a white spot- pic 15), there is some roughness around the bottom of the finial (that goes inside the decanter), some very light wear on the paint in some spots- nothing obvious- and there is one grayish smudge that may come off with cleaning (last two pics). These have raised relief embellishments and hand painted flowers.
