Dial shows age and discoloration consistent with a 90–100 year old gauge, with all text still readable. “NON-FREEZING AIR 30” marking fully visible. Rare AIR fire sprinkler gauge manufactured by Central Automatic Sprinkler Co. of Philadelphia, PA, with dial produced by U.S. Gauge Co., New York. Unlike the more common WATER gauges, AIR-marked gauges were used on dry-pipe sprinkler systems in cold environments.
