This antique stamped brass spring desk clip features a bold advertising design for Wizard Brand Manures, a well know historic brand of the era. This piece was manufactured by the renowned Green Duck Co. of Chicago, famous for producing premium high quality stamped metal promotional items, tokens and pinbacks etc. during the Golden Age of American manufacturing. Stamped on the back with makers mark. Excellent antique condition. The internal spring mechanism remains exceptionally strong. Perfect to add to any collection of Chicago advertising, Vintage office ephemera, or farming/agricultural Americana. Circa 1900-1910. Measures appr 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches of heavy brass. Rare find!
