Antique Baccarat Églantier (Wild Rose) — three graduated pink overlay crystal perfume / cologne bottles with faceted stoppers, offered together as one set. The raised cranberry-rose blossoms, stems and foliage stand out against a finely acid-etched, frosted leafy ground. This Art Nouveau design is documented in early 20th-century Baccarat catalogues. The bottles make an exceptional vanity display and appeal to collectors of French art glass, cameo crystal and Belle Époque decorative arts.
DETAILS• Maker / pattern: Baccarat, Églantier (Wild Rose); France, circa 1900–1916, based on documented pattern comparisons. No surviving Baccarat label or permanent maker stamp is claimed.• Material / finish: pink to cranberry overlay crystal with acid-etched floral and textured foliage decoration; clear faceted glass stoppers.• Three sizes, approximate height with stoppers: small 5 in; medium 6½ in; large 7–7¼ in. Allow about ½ in measurement tolerance. Please use the photographs to assess scale.• Matching hand-etched fitting numbers on each bottle base and its stopper peg: 13 (small), 14 (medium), 15 (large). These correspondences support that each stopper belongs with its respective bottle. CONDITIONBeautiful display appearance for antique glass. The medium bottle's stopper has a distinct chip on the lower insertion peg; it is largely concealed when the stopper is seated. The small stopper has a tiny flea bite; additional very small edge nicks/flea bites are visible on the stoppers and a rose stem, including one on the medium-size piece. Close-up photographs show these areas. The seller observes no other known cracks, significant body damage, staining or interior cloudiness. Antique surfaces may show ordinary age-related wear.
