Advertises the public sale of a 221½-acre farm tract in Clay Township, Lancaster County, PA, one mile southwest of Lincoln, adjoining lands of E.B. Fry, F.P. Burkholder, S. Oberholtzer, and A.O. Weaver.
Detailed listing of improvements: a two-story frame dwelling house with summer kitchen (8 rooms and bath), a large frame barn (78x38 ft) with wagon shed, chicken house, corn crib, and tobacco stripping room — reflecting the farm\'s use for tobacco cultivation, a hallmark of Lancaster County (Pennsylvania Dutch Country) agriculture. Also lists a 30-barrel capacity water tank, vacuum furnace, cistern, and fruit trees/grape vines.
