Up for sale is this very niceAntique 1911 Hand Painted Grapes 13-1/4" PL Limoges France Gorgeous Colorful Pitcher / Tankard / Vase Signed.It measures approx.: 13-1/4" Tall, 6-1/4" in Diameter at the bottom, 7-1/2" at its Widest (spout & handle included) and3-3/4" in Diameter at the top. It is heavily marked on the bottom. The underglazed stamp stated: "PL Limoges France". There are handwritten artist's initials and the date in golden: "E.H.C. 1911". Also there is an underglazed engraving of two crossed swords on the bottom. This piece is inGood, for the age, Vintage Preowned Condition with signs of age/use. There are three chips to the bottom edge of the pitcher. I took a lot of pictures of these chips, so you can see the size and location. Because all three chips are to the bottom edge it will be easy to fix it or to cover it when displayed, for example just put 3/8" to 1/2" silk ribbon around the base. Other than 3 chips it is in Great Vintage/Antique Preowned Condition with signs of age/use, normal for the age ware. No cracks or any other significant damage were detected. Please don't forget that this piece is well over 100 years old. Please check the pictures for details and condition.Sold as is as pictured.
