Antique 1880s E N Welch Gingerbread Mantel Clock For Sale

Antique Estate clock. Selling as is and as found. I haven\'t  made any alterations, wound it, etc. It appears to be in overall good condition. No key. If you\'re interested, I imagine you are a clock expert and know what you\'re looking at. Please examine pictures closely. Only notable item I\'d call out is a few specs of what appears to be white paint here and there. Stands appropriately 19\" tall
