Henry Burkhardt, Junior was a prominent landowner in Philadelphia.
William Amer owned a tannery in Philadelphia. It was founded in 1832 and specialized in kid and later kangaroo leathers.
The frame measures 30" x 25".
The document is in very good condition, as pictured. Normal light fading.
