Large collection of 39 original Alpha Flight comics, beginning with Alpha Flight #1 and containing a substantial portion of the early series.
The collection is particularly strong in the classic John Byrne era, with most of the early issues from #1 through #31 included.
Issues included:
#1–9, #11–13, #16, #18–31, #38, #46, #51, #55, #56, #57, #58, #62, #70 and #73.
39 comics total.
Highlights include:
#1 — Premiere issue of the Alpha Flight ongoing series and a key early issue featuring the Canadian superhero team.
#12 — Major Guardian storyline.
#18–31 — Long consecutive 14-issue run.
The collection features Alpha Flight favorites including Guardian, Vindicator, Northstar, Aurora, Sasquatch, Snowbird, Shaman, Puck and others.
Condition
These are original vintage Marvel comics and are being sold ungraded. Condition varies somewhat from book to book.
From the books shown, the covers generally present nicely with attractive color. Expect normal age and handling wear including varying degrees of spine stress, edge and corner wear, small creases and age-related page toning.
Many are already individually bagged.
