This specimen is a single, rugose coral from Riley\'s Canyon near Kamas, Utah. The fancy name for this horn coral is Lophophllidiuim. They are commonly referred to as red or agatized horn coral which isdue to the replacement of the original material by red jasper. A type of silica which allows collectors to create a mirror-like finish. Polishing one end reveals the beautiful, geometric structure where the animal lived. Great addition for your fossil collection.
