This is from a recent find of New Old Stock (NOS) whistles stored in their original plastic bags since what I think is the 1990's.
This type of plastic promo was found as a premium prize as a send away or gift with purchase at stores or supermarkets.
These are plastic and says Heinz on it.
This one is in great shape, this is nice, near perfect, again, they were novelty premiums and were never perfect..
These are for Adult collectors and should NOT be Given TO SMALL Children EVER!! These could be chewed on and they could break and would be a choking hazard....
