Solid pre-owned condition overall. There is a water stain on the walls of the lower cabinet, as pictured. You will likely never notice this in-person as the lower shelf is in constant shadow, if not filled with items that will also cover the imperfection. But it is present. As are a few other minor blemishes from age.
