That’s all I did. The clock runs if you watch the video.Appears that the red hour hand is loose. I did not open up the clock to try to tighten or mess with it. So the clock is being sold as is. Looks like there are two layers of glass under the front glass. The third inner layer looks like there is a hairline in it. Barely noticeable. (see photos)Overall dimensions: 20 inch diameter x 4 inch deep body. Has a hang chain on it as shown.
