Condition is good ( with one tear and small crease on lower right blank margin, which can be seen ) and clean for a print of this age, with an age patina, slight wear and left blank margin edge, showing evidence of once being bound in a book. Print has text on back,which cannotbe seen on front of print. Print is from an incomplete antique book called the Mentor. Mentor published in hardcover and in softcover. All Mentor softcovers come with 6 prints being unbound. Again, this sale is for one print, from the hardcover book. This print is from the hardcover book, which was broken and incomplete when found. Blank margins are as shown and full. Overall size is approximately6.5 by9.25 inches which includes blank margins.
