ANTIQUE C.J.O. JUDD BRONZE FOOTBALL BOOKENDS LEATHER HELMET KICKER NICE SHAPE For Sale

I am offering this great looking pair of bronze bookends . Each bookend depicts a leather helmet football player kicking a primitive football . They each stand 6\" tall and are 4 5/8\" wide . The back of each item is marked \" BRONZE 9979 \" . They each exhibit their original patina and show no signs of cleaning or polishing . I have seen this pair offered elsewhere and they seem to be attributed to the famous \" CJO JUDD COMPANY \" out of New Britain Connecticut . They are best known for producing intricately hand-painted doorstops, figural bookends, and decorative metalwork . I do not see their mark on either pair . They are in nice shape and very detailed and have no greening . FREE US SHIPPING .
