Description Offered for Sale is this Amazing 19th Century Oval Bentwood Shaker 4 Finger Pantry Box with Lid. There are no markings on the box. The box is held together with what appears to be a combination of tacks and wooden pegs. Unfortunately, this pantry box has been repaired on the lid and bottom. This Antique Box would be a Great Addition to any Pantry Box, Firkin, Pail, Brides\' Box Collection.
Note: I have recently secured a large lot of Antique pantry boxes, pails, firkins and brides\' boxes. I will be listing them over the coming weeks. Please visit our site often as you never know what I\'ll be listing next.
Size: Length 11 1/2\" - Width 8 1/4\" - Height 4 1/2\"
Condition: - Fair Overall Used Condition. The box displays scratching, staining, wear, splitting, material loss and \"In The Making\" imperfections. The lid has a split that runs the length of the top. There was an attempted repair to the lid and bottom of the box (white material fills the repaired area). Please see the pictures to view the condition of the item for yourself.
